Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms”) are an agreement between We Love Hosting (“Us”, “Our”) and you (“User”, “you”, “your”). This agreement describes general terms and conditions under which services are provided to you by We Love Hosting. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the Services.

2. Additional Policies and Agreements
a. Use of the Services is also subject to policies which are referenced below. By using the Services you also agree to the terms of policies referenced below.
b. Certain Services are provided by third parties and may be subject to such third parties’ terms and conditions. Third party terms of service will always be visible on the pages that are maintained by the third parties.
a. By registering for use of Services you warrant that you are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Any registration, access or use of the Services is not authorized for anyone under eighteen (18) years of age and is a violation of this Agreement.
b. You agree to be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place through your account. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password and other information related to the security of your account.
c. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and current information when registering to use the Services. If there is ever an issue that renders the account temporarily or permanently not usable (such as an Abuse issue) we will use the account's e-mail address on file to contact you. Please ensure that this e-mail address is an address reachable in mentioned circumstances.
4. Migrations and Transfers
Our migrations team will be happy to migrate your data for you as long as it is in a format compatible with the destination format, such as migrating between services that use similar software and infrastructure. This is a courtesy service and we do not provide any guarantees regarding the possibility, reliability, and availability of the migration service. Sources and destinations for migrations may be configured differently, making a migration process extremely difficult. You are responsible for backing up your data in all circumstances.
5. User Content
You may be able to upload, publish and distribute content through the use of Services (collectively, "User Content"). This includes content uploaded and published by you or users of your websites or systems hosted within We Love Hosting infrastructure. You are solely responsible for all content, transactions within your websites and systems. By uploading, publishing and distributing content you represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights to post or distribute such content, and it is not infringing or violating rights of any third party.
While we do not actively monitor any User Content, we reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate any and all of Services provided to you if required by law or in response to a complaint that confirms User Content is infringing or violating rights of any third parties. You agree that We Love Hosting shall have no liability due to any corrective action that we may take.
We Love Hosting takes a weekly backup of Shared Hosting accounts and retains four most recent backups. This backup includes all User Content available under the account including e-mail messages, databases, websites. By using the Shared Hosting Services you grant We Love Hosting the right to perform a weekly backup of all your User Content.
While all Shared Hosting systems at We Love Hosting are configured to take a weekly backup, you agree and warrant that We Love Hosting shall have no liability due to a backup process failing or its results being incomplete.
Presently, backups are not performed for Services other than Shared Hosting.
We will use reasonable efforts to provide Services twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week. However, in order for the infrastructure to operate in an efficient and secure manner, we will occasionally need to perform software and hardware maintenance. By using the Services you acknowledge that Services may not be available due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. We will provide you with advance notice when able and will put effort into minimizing downtime and other disruption of the Services.
8. Account Security
a. It is your responsibility to ensure content present within your account is secured against attacks. You are responsible for maintaining strong credentials (usernames, passwords...) at all times. If a weak password is used you may be at risk of your account being compromised and used in malicious activities, such as distributing malware or sending bulk mail. If such an issue is detected we will notify you to your e-mail address on file and if necessary suspend your account to prevent malicious activities from continuing. By using the Services, you agree and warrant that We Love Hosting cannot be held liable for security issues ultimately resulting from compromised passwords or systems hosted under your account.
b. Upon receiving an abuse complaint from a third party, we may need to suspend the account in question pending resolution of issues mentioned in the abuse report. We will contact you at the e-mail address we have on file as soon as possible when such a report is received.
9. Billing and Payment
a. At the moment, We Love Hosting only supports payments through PayPal. You can, however, use your credit card through PayPal if this functionality is available to you on PayPal.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure that all invoices are paid on time and all relevant information under your account is accurate. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which they will be provided. Payments received will be applied to oldest outstanding invoices under your account first.
c. All listed prices include 23% VAT tax during checkout to be paid by you under applicable laws. VAT will not be charged where applicable (VAT exemption, domestic turnover).
d. All invoices must be paid within fourteen (14) days of the invoice's due date. Invoices that remain unpaid through the due date may result in suspension or termination of the Service. If a Service is suspended for non-payment, access to it is not provided until the payment issue is resolved.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
a. If a Service is canceled within 14 days of its purchase and an explicit request is made by you, we will refund payments made to us by you for the Service, provided that:
- The account is a first time customer and has had no previously active services within our system,
- A support request is submitted to us within the 14 days of purchase of the Service,
- The account and/or use of the Services have not breached our Acceptable Use Policy,
- A payment dispute was not opened (including but not limited to: PayPal disputes, chargebacks)
b. Additionally, refunds are not provided for Domain Registration and Transfer Services.
11. Limitation of Liability
By using the Services, you agree and warrant that We Love Hosting, and its employees, directors, affiliates are not to be held liable for any data loss, direct or indirect. Special, exemplary, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Lost profits, lost revenues, lost business expectancy, business interruption losses.
12. Changes to the Agreement or the Services
a. We may modify, add, or delete portions of this Agreement at any time. If we have made significant changes to this Agreement, we will notify you at least thirty (30) days after the changes are posted and will indicate at the bottom of this Agreement the date of the last revision. Any revisions to this Agreement will become effective when posted unless otherwise provided. You agree to any modification to this Agreement by continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any such modification.
b. We Love Hosting reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
c. Exchange rate fluctuations for currencies are unavoidable. Like all payments, all refunds are processed in Euro and will reflect the exchange rate in effect on the date of the refund. We are not responsible for changes in currency rates.
13. Support Scope
Our standard support scope covers all issues that pertain to our infrastructure. We will do what is in our power to ensure Services are provided to you with best possible uptime and performance.
Standard support scope does not, however, cover requests of administrative nature such as, but not limited to:
- Creating e-mail, FTP, control panel accounts
- Creating databases, database users and database user passwords
- Configuring Operating Systems and Services on Unmanaged Servers
